This Potentilla grows from Southern California mountains through the Sierra Nevada up into Nevada and Washington. A very nice little perennial that looks like it belongs on a Quebec balcony. Use with other native perennials that like part shade and regular water. Heucheras, Lillies, Satureja douglasii, Aquilegia and Iris douglasiana.

Potentilla glandulosa var. nevadensis tolerates seasonal flooding.

Flower of Potentilla glandulosa var. nevadensis has color yellow.
