This monardella grows in rocky/sandy washes in San Diego County in the coastal hills from Poway to the Mexican Border. A late flowering monardella that can commonly be in bloom for a Thanksgiving feast for a lost butterfly.


Monardella linoides var. viminea is great for a butterfly garden.
