Vancouveria planipetala
Redwood Ivy and Inside-Out Flower.
A small suckering perennial with delicate foliage and flowers. The pinkish white flowers are drawn back like an arrow on a bow. Use in a redwood garden or shade garden. Can be a little aggressive sideways but it is too small to make much of a problem. (I keep rooting for it.)
