Lupinus chamissonis

Silver Dune Lupine.

A 4-6' perennial. Its blue flowers are on a 4" spike. The bush is 4' silver mound. It grows well in coastal sand. Native from L.A. to S.F.. It will take some drought, needs near perfect drainage, tolerates salt spray.
