Dicentra chrysantha, Golden Eardrops,  is a small short-lived perennial that grows best in disturbed soil.  - grid24_24
Dicentra chrysantha, Golden Eardrops, is a gray perennial 2 feet tall with 4 feet spikes of yellow flowers. Flowers May - July. Found in the interior coast ranges and Sierra Nevada Range. cold tolerant to 5 or less, deer will browse slightly.
Syn. Ehrendorferia chrysantha, sounds like the Swedish chef is naming plants again.



Foliage of Dicentra chrysantha has color gray and is stressdeciduous.
Flower of Dicentra chrysantha has color yellow.
