Beach Sand Verbena is a prostrate perennial, with slightly succulent leaves, and attractive rose colored flowers with white centers. It makes a good ground cover for undisturbed sandy coastal areas. It can not tolerate weeds. However, it can tolerate seaside conditions. Beach Sand Verbena is found on the coast from Washington state down to Baja, California.
