Beargrass.

We are not selling this product. This page is for informational purposes only.
Beargrass looks like an extra large bunch grass but it is actually in the lily family. This becomes quite evident when it flowers. The flower cluster (inflorescence) is large and white and resembles Yucca flowers. It has grayish linear leaves and is evergreen, which is rare for many desert species. Beargrass is native to southeastern California, Western Arizona and Northern Baja. These areas are primarily desert, very hot and very dry. Therefore, Beargrass is very drought tolerant. Beargrass likes full sun.

Foliage of Nolina bigelovii is evergreen.
Flower of Nolina bigelovii has color white.
