Wildfire in 2016
A wildfire started on Las Pilitas road and burned the hill opposite the nursery in 2016. On that hill was our plastic water tank which become a plastic puddle.
Luckily we were able to get a replacement pretty quick from Farm Supply.
Lane from Farm Supply and, following his suggestion, some very kind Cal Fire guys helped us push it up the last 100 feet of hill and into place.
2016: Penny and Ian finally got the new water tank installed after the old one melted in the fire.
2016: Ian internally debating if you can just put a new water tank on top of a grilled water tank and gravel sandwich. (Seems to work just had to remove the big plastic/gravel chunks)
