Sand

Not really sandy soil, or sandy loam.  Sand, like sand box sand or beach sand. This is about the sand you can pick up after a rain and it will still run through your fingers.  Sometimes in the interior you get gravel with it. not really soil, more like lumpy granulated sugar.
If you tried to drive a regular car in it you'll probably get stuck.
