Dyssodia thurberi

Dainty Yellow Composite.

We currently do not grow this plant.

Perennial, 6 in. high, 1 ft. across, western deserts to 5500 ft. needs good drainage and no summer water (along coast) or a little (inland) after established, very showy rock garden plant, gets very rank and ugly in pots if given too much water, needs sun and gravel. This one was beautiful here for a number of years but our drought finally got to it. We hope to offer it again.

Dyssodia thurberi tolerates sand.

Dyssodia thurberi's foliage color is white and type is stressdeciduous.
Dyssodia thurberi's flower color is yellow.
