A 5' tall. Native from Baja Calif., to Nev.. Jaeger says it is the most common yucca of the desert area. It needs sun, perfect drainage and no summer water.An interesting plant as it moves into chaparral and coastal sage scrub areas(most noteworthy is in the Torrey pine forest).
