A 1-3\' perennial with deep red-orange 1-2\" flowers. It runs by rhizomes to the limit of the water source it is in. This one is native about 15 miles from here in red clay in an area that has a lot of seeps. It froze to the ground here at about 0 and never came back. As long as you have a wet spot in full sun and do not get too cold it should be fine for you. The hummingbirds will like you!
