Hardy to about 25 deg.. A small 15-20' desert tree much like a blue flowered Palo Verde. The wood is hard and stong. It's heavy, it will not float. The seeds are edible after roasting. Give the plant a sun spot with good drainage and a little water. Its best spot would be 5-10' away from a lawn in the lower desert. If you can grow citrus you may be able to grow this. It will go decidous under cold or drought stress.
