Common name: Incienso.

Description

Perennial shrub, 3 ft., grey with 2-3 inch yellow daisy flowers.(see E. actonii). It survived a -8 this year out there but the ground only froze for a few hours and less than an inch deep. It does not appear to be hardy to 20 deg F soil temperature for any length of time.
