In the garden it will grow to 2-3 ft. tall and be coverved with small blue verbena flowers. Native to most of California to Oregon. It should be considered when hydroseeding or planting for erosion control or if you really need butterflies in your garden.

Verbena lasiostachys tolerates sand, clay, no drainage and seasonal flooding.

Foliage of Verbena lasiostachys is deciduous.
Flower of Verbena lasiostachys has color blue.
