Pinus radiata macrocarpa
Pinus radiata macrocarpa, Cambria Pine.
Pinus radiata macrocarpa
Description
Cambria Pine is a variety from Cambria, Ca.same as Pinus radiata but slightly larger cones. It is listed now as a different sub-species from Monterey pine. (I cannot find the botanic source) It is endemic only to Cambria. And its population is being diluted and corrupted with planting of Monterey Pine. We grow a few for replanting in Cambria. It can be planted where Monterey Pine will grow.
