Description
Yellow Yarrow grows near the coast it is a flat to mounding perennial with gray foliage that is covered with yellow when it flowers. Commonly found growing on coastal bluffs with Dudleya ceaspitosa, Cliff Buckwheat, and Sticky Monkey flower, it's a great nectar plant for small native insects and butterflies. At our site it grows into a 3 foot spike with bright yellow flowers.
