Giving the Farm away, or donations

I am planning a School Garden with my Science Club. I am a beginning Gardener but I am a very enthusiastic learner. I want to design a garden with the natural regions of California - mountain region, desert region, valley region and coastal region with a small section of scented plants. I would like to grow native California plants, planting a colorful habitat for butterflies and birds. The kids are very excited and we have started growing some seeds in 4 inch pots. I am waiting to convert a small grass area to a school garden. I need help in designing the garden, making sure the colors and heights of the plants are coordinated. Is it possible for your nursery to consider donating some native plants for our garden ? Do you have experts who come out and help schools establish gardens?

I'm sorry but we are completely overwhelmed, no time no extra plants (Everyone assumes we're a huge operation with staff and money, nope, just a few native plant nuts working their tails off for next to nothing. I like to think of it as the zoo, with no keepers.) here is grant money(s) out there for a project like yours

To whom it may concern:
I was referred to your company by the Arbor Day Foundation in regards to a Donation of a Tree. I don't have to necessary funds to purchase a tree, so I am trying to secure a donation of one. I am looking for a large tree to be planted in my front yard. If you can help me with this matter, can you please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your time regarding this matter.

I could use a new pick up, you donate one of those and I'll give you a tree.
