| Are there any classes being planned for out
there again..I see the class notes on the site are from years past... Good enough...I'm working my way through the 3000 + pages and enjoying every minute of it...Thanks for putting it all online...there's some web site out there that is about California native plants, but the author wants 5-9 dollars an article!! You have to pay to read it! Once again, you guys ROCK I am"unworthy" Thanks :) PS? I do have a trivia question..I'm sure this is on the site somewhere but I havn't found it yet so could you clairify.. I notice that in planting instructions many times it included placing a rock next to the baby plant along with mulching and so on. Why the rock?? Thanks |
nope we moved everything to the web both of us got burned out doing extention classes, college classes(Celeste taught labs for a breif while) and classes here. Sorry read the pages,(all 3800 of them?) and if you want more start reading through the references. |
| Your website is great, especially for
teaching.... we are a non profit who works with high school students to learn about planting natives...... your information is a great resource.... do you by chance have a hard copy of the information that we can purchase for our facility so students can look at? We don't have web access at our 14 acre facility where they do their project. Thanks.....and Great job. |
link to us and share with others... the Escondido crew went to Kinkos and had some old ones coallated into a black a white 'book'. The web has twice(four times?) the content and is up to date, the catalog was dropped because there was too much and something had to give. $35 and no whining if you wish it, as it's far from perfect. |
