Near to Keckiella antirrhinoides but grows in desert. A 4' perennial that will go dec. under drought stress. It has red-yellow, 34" flowers. Needs full sun, good drainage, little summer water. It's fairly deer proof if you get the water off of them. It's cold tolerant to at least 0 deg.F. ,probabably -5 to -10. It's a Hummingbird flower. The fragrance of the flowers is wonderful.
