Description
Narrowleaf California fuchsia is a woody stemmed perennial that grows 2-3' tall with 1" long 1/8" wide green to grey leaves. Narrow Leaf California fuchsia grows along the coast from Santa Cruz to L.A.. It has done fine here, surviving the Dec. 1990 cold well. It was next to some rosemary plants from our former herb garden, I believe the two plants are about as hardy and actually compatible if you wish to plant something native in with the rosemary.
