Description
Whitestem Paperflower is a very heavy flowering perennial that grows in the desert mountains from Southern California through New Mexico and up into Utah. Give sun and little water after the first few months. The yellow flowers hang around and dry making 'paper flowers' so you get a really long flowering time.
