Monardella villosa neglecta, No current common name.

Description

Very similar to Monardella Palmeri. It is interesting that both are native on serpentine. M. neglecta is native in the Santa Rosa area. A very nice looking perennial with purple large flowers and purple foliage. It needs good drainage and regular water.
