Description
Prickly Pholx is a subshrub, 1-3', flowers bright pink, 1" across, spring, small, spiny leaves, San Luis Obispo Co. to Los Angeles, stunning spring color, looks tacky in late summer, full sun, excellent drainage or will rot, little or no summer water, should be replaced after a few years.cold tolerant to 5 deg. or less.
