Description
Jaumea is a low perennial, that spreads by rhizomes. It has small yellow daisy flowers and fleshy leaves. Jaumea grows in coastal salt marshes and tolerates brackish water and alkaline soil. Jaumea carnosa likes full sun, seaside conditions. It survives in alkaline soil, salty conditions, poor drainage, and seasonal flooding.
