Description
Rhizomes, perennial, 2 foot high with 3 inch blue through yellow flowers, full sun near coast, afternoon shade inland, much easier and faster-growing than straight species, does best with some organic matter as mulch, and summer water. Almost all the Iris douglasiana in the trade are the hybrids.
