Description
A common perennial from coastal bluffs into interior chaparral, common on road cuts mixed in with squirrel holes, hence, its name. A 1-2ft high perennial that grows to 2-3ft across. Its 1/2inch yellow turban flowers make a show in summer. Use in revegetation or to stabilize slopes. This one can grow right on the coastal bluffs.
