Description
Petite Margarita is a very small manzanita that grows on one of the hills south of Lompoc. Similar to Arctostaphylos myrtifolia with its delicate leaves and sprawling habit. Grows to maybe two feet tall and three or so feet wide. I would use this manzanita in a small east facing bed or along a cool retaining wall where it can soften the top as it drapes over, looking VERY different.
Mixing this manzanita into a groundcover of Sunset and Harmony manzanita would be dramatic planting.
